PIXMA iP5000 is an Inkjet Photo Printer for professional quality photo printing. This easy-to-use photo printer combines five-color printing and 1,856-nozzle print heads capable of producing 1-picoliter ink droplets to deliver stunning and accurate prints.
iP5000 offers the maximum color print resolution of 9,600 x 2,400 dpi, with a black-and-white resolution of up to 600 x 600 dpi. Print speed will reach 25 ppm in black, 17 ppm color, while unlimited photos measuring 4″ x 6″ takes only 36 seconds.
They also use superior semiconductor manufacturing technology, Canon has succeeded in developing ultrahigh precision multi-nozzle print heads. The problem of color inconsistencies has been solved by positioning the mirror image line of 128 nozzles (600 dpi pitch for each color) at the offset of a half pitch of the existing line.
Easy-PhotoPrint will accurately detect the subject’s face and adjust the skin to the optimum tone. Brightens the dark face caused by the light background. Choose from automatic one-click to fix all images at once, or manual to correct only the area you choose.
